Yes! All LEGO® sets sold on legostito.SHOP are 100% authentic and brand new, sourced directly from authorized LEGO® distributors.

We do not sell used, imitation, or third-party products.

📦 2. Where do you ship your products?


We currently ship only within Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

We plan to expand to more EU countries in the future.

🚚 3. How much does shipping cost?


Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

⏱️ 4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling time: 1–2 business days


Transit time: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday, and we’re closed after 2 PM (Berlin Time).

💳 5. What payment methods do you accept?


We currently accept PayPal for fast, secure, and protected payments.

🔁 6. What is your return policy?


We offer 30 days free returns for both defective and non-defective products.

All return labels are included in your package, and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after inspection.

Yes — we gladly accept exchanges for defective and non-defective LEGO® products.

⚙️ 8. What happens if my LEGO® set is missing pieces or damaged?


We offer a Warranty Replacement Policy for defective or incomplete sets.

Simply send photos and your order number to jasotaylor2077@gmail.com, and we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge.

🛍️ 9. Do you sell LEGO® sets wholesale?


Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for verified retailers in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

Minimum order: €300.
